What belongs on Friendsays?
Something you tried yourself
Tell us when or how you used it. A detail like “I could hear my friend across the table on a Friday evening” helps more than a five-star rating alone.
Room for a mixed experience
Say what worked, what disappointed you and who might feel differently. Describe what happened and leave other people’s private details out.
Independent recommendations
Please leave out ads, affiliate links, discount codes and reviews written for payment or free products. If you own or work for the business, leave the customer review to someone who has used it independently.
A place to listen to your customers.
When several people describe the same experience, a business can learn what to keep and what to change. Imagine a café hearing that guests love its quiet tables but struggle to read the menu. A clearer menu is a change those guests can actually notice.
We’re planning clearly labelled business replies and invitations for members who choose to give more feedback. Members will decide whether to take part. Paying for a better rating or a higher place in the feed has no place here.
